Store Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to provide a smooth return and exchange process for our customers. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure your request meets the criteria.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item has NOT been worn, sized, altered, or tailored.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Accessories, including:
    • Formalwear
    • Vests
    • Ties
    • Pocket squares
    • Belts
    • Jewelry
    • Socks
  • Clearance items

All sales of clearance items and accessories are considered FINAL SALE.

Refund Process

The method of refund will depend on the original form of payment:

  • For card purchases: A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For cash purchases: Refunds will be issued as a check from our office if the returned items total $99 or more.

Proof of Purchase Requirement

A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. We cannot process requests without proof of purchase.

Important Notes

  • All items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on altered or damaged items.
